Due to the delay of operation of the actuator and the fact that the material between the discharge port and the metering bucket has not been measured, it is already too bad to enter the slow feeding. Therefore, in order to ensure the packaging accuracy, it is necessary to ensure a certain slow addition time. For The fast packing speed and stable packing accuracy are obtained, and the parameters are adjusted to the medium plus time, and the slow adding time can last about two seconds each. Specific adjustment method: if the adding time is too long, the setting value of the fast plus advance quantity will be reduced, on the contrary, the setting value of the fast plus advance quantity will be increased, and if the slow addition time is too long, the setting value of the middle plus advance quantity will be reduced. On the contrary, it increases the setting value of the amount of advance in China; If the slow addition time has met the requirements and the accuracy can not meet the requirements, then adjust the setting value of the slow plus advance quantity, if it is overweight, increase the setting value of the slow plus advance quantity, on the contrary, reduce the setting value of the slow plus advance quantity.

8, adjust the air pressure, adjust the movement direction of the conveyor.
In order to enable the vacuum shaping and packaging machine to work normally and reach the specified precision index, the installation requirements are as follows:
1. The whole machine should be installed on a stable ground (or support surface). After the feeding mechanism is connected with the storage, it should be separated from the weighing body.
2. It is required to have reliable grounding wire, and the grounding resistance shall be 4 Ω to ensure that the computer in the controller is free from interference.
3. If the power supply of the power supply of the computer is seriously or does not meet the standard of the State Grid, it is recommended to use the parameter stabilizer as the power supply.
4. The air source shall be purified with air pressure of 0.4-0.8Mpa to ensure the work and service life of the pneumatic element. It is recommended to add a 1 m3 gas tank.
XIV. Operational use
§1 Preparedness prior to use:
1, open the electric control box, turn on the air switch on the power supply, and turn on the gas source to check that the air pressure is normal.
2. Open the operation panel switch and turn on the power supply of the control section
3. Check whether the weight of the scale is accurate, whether the empty scale is returned to the “0”, and if the misalignment should be re-calibrated
4. Check whether the vacuum pump has oil, and whether the pneumatic three-piece oil cup is on or not, and adjust the working air pressure
5. Use the manual operation button to detect the operation of the feeding mechanism and the discharging mechanism.
6. Check the operation of each part of the vacuum shaping part one by one by using the manual working state of the touch screen
7. Check or set the weight and packaging parameters of the weighing instrument to be packaged
8. Check or set time parameters of vacuum shaping.
§2 Packaging work
1, return on the control part of the power supply, open the equipment operation door (main door);
2. Turn the quantitative scale[hand/ automatic] switch to the automatic working position, and press the[pause] button to release the pause and quantitative scale.

§3 conclusion of work
1, use the touch screen to select the manual working state, use the manual button to put down the last package of finished products, and send them out;
2. Turn off the power supply with the operation panel switch;
3. Clean the equipment with an air gun and keep the equipment clean and tidy;
4. close the operating door of the equipment (the main door);
5. Turn off the gas source

The oil level of vacuum pump and pneumatic triplet should not be too low or it should be refueled according to regulations.
Pay attention to the position and spacing close to the switch, there should be no dirt around;
It is not necessary to turn off the power supply and the gas source for a long time.
